I can start these notes with a well done to Mrs Minto and her home bred puppy Anacan Invincible. Although Boston & District Canine Society do not schedule Canaan Classes we do usually enter and so had Mrs Minto. This year due to our son’s illness we were not able to attend but under Judge Mrs Pamela Mottershaw, Anacan Invincible was awarded Best Puppy and then Reserve Best Dog in AVNSC Utility.
I have had a few enquiries regarding the next Canaan Dog Breed Seminar and am waiting for a reply regarding this. I will pass on the details as soon as we have them.
Manchester Ch Show will see the Canaan Dogs on Thursday 16th January at the Stafford show ground. Ernie Paterson has 7 dogs for 5 entries spread over 8 classes. Good Luck to all those who attend, they are in Prestwood Hall, Ring 5 after a total of 132 dogs so probably not an early finish.
