Welcome – we have sadly had to miss another show as we were unable to attend Darlington Champ Show this last weekend. We also missed catching up with Julie Kelly and her Raven (Anacan Raven) and are delighted that she has attended a show again.
Results are as follows (all owned by Mrs E Minto unless otherwise stated) Best of Breed, Best Dog and Best Puppy was Anacan Dancing on the Wind, Reserve Best Dog Anacan Invincible. Best opposite Sex and Best Bitch Anacan Bring the Dawn, Reserve Best Bitch and Best Veteran was Julie Kellys Anacan Raven. Well done to all and hope to see you next weekend at Stafford for the National, Judged by Mr Stephen Minogue, on Saturday 25th September in the Bingley Hall, ring 18 after 64 Japanese Shiba Inu which will not be in the ring before 1030 and we should be using the white car park slightly to the right of the main entrance.
Thankfully, after the worrying announcement that those unvaccinated would not be able to attend The Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show, the SKC have announced that on further analysis the exhibitors are not considered spectators but part of the event delivery and as such are not required to have the double jab and passport. This is a huge relief and means that those with numerically small breeds will still be able to have full attendance. We will be there on the second day of the show, Friday 1st October
